Christmas Time
Buurrrrr temperature has hit -8.5C in Worcester and that's O'clock in the afternoon. Snow is certainly deep, crisp and even.

Friday I flew up to Newcastle for a meeting in the way back my Flight was cancelled, with flights possible until Saturday afternoon so I jumped over to AVIS rental and within minutes had the last car available and started the journey home.
I was already checked in for the flight home but BA did not contact me to let me know anything.
BA could learn a thing or two about customer service from AVIS, Premier Inn who found a room when I decided I could drive any further, First Direct who sent me an SMS to apologise that the bad weather meant they were not running full shifts so if I called they might not answer straight away , the motorist that stopped to check I was OK and if I needed anything, the RAC guy that stopped to pull me out of a drift and the Highways Agency patrol that did the same a few hours later when I became stuck again. Finally arrived home about 7pm on Saturday.
Big thanks to my work colleagues who also helped making calls etc, trying to find the best way home.
Here are a few pictures and videos from the journey home.
